Shipping and Delivery Policy

Processing Time: Order processing and handover to the shipping carrier takes between 3 to 7 business days.

Delivery: Once processed, the delivery timeframe depends on the carrier’s schedule and the destination city.

Order Tracking: A tracking number will be provided to the customer as soon as the order is shipped to monitor its status.

Responsibility: The store is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer or carrier delays.
